Utah Pet Float

In Mid May 2002, several of us brought our dogs for
a float trip on the Ruby/Horsethief section of the Colorado River (Loma to Westwater). 
This is a section with no rapids, no
lifejacket requirement and a wonderfully scenic float. Many families with small
children float as well as those of us with dogs that we don't take on rivers with rapids.
Yes we even saw a boat with children (with lifejackets) and a crib
strapped on the back with a child in it sipping on her bottle. We highly recommend
this overnight trip for a fun and safe float.
